CHAPTER ONE

LEADERS ARE MADE NOT BORN

No great leader is born with the whole quality that makes a leader. They had to pass through several challenges that molded them into what they are. You don’t need a group or followers before you are called a leader because you must first learn to lead yourself. So you can be a leader even if the only person you are leading is yourself. Your ability to accomplish tasks, make good decision and control your personal weakness is a great start. You can not be a good leader if you can not lead yourself.

Great Leadership is not just controlling, making decision, criticize, and making rules; it is all about finding results for the task at hand. Every authority and rules is useless without results. Thus, to be a great leader you must concentrate on results rather than the position you are bestowed.

Great Leadership is portrayed when someone finds the true meaning of leadership. It is formed base on intensive leadership training. This is one of the most complex concepts of life, for years, people have discussed whether leaders are born or made. For several decades, researchers like me have been trying to discover its realities. Many people think that Great Leaders are born with a leadership quality that makes them successful as a leader. Others say Great Leadership is bestowed on the mantle of kingship and presidency. However, I say that Great Leadership, like many other similar characteristics, can be learned and developed through life. Let me start my explanation by defining the term Great Leadership. Great Leadership is simply having an ability and desire to inspire and influence others. Based on that definition, I can certainly see that every individual is born with leadership qualities. The truth is that we have not looked into our hearts to discover our Great Leadership potentials. You can be a leader in anywhere, whether a small group or a large followers. What really counts is your ability to inspire and pilot the affairs of the followers.

Great Leadership is more like being courageous and willing to speak out for the benefit of those around you; I have seen people who consider themselves introverts and overall followers become successful leaders when faced with an issue they are passionate about, Just like the famous leaders you can be have atypical intelligence, creativity and/or drive, they are not far above you. Yes, you are born with it, if you continue to develop that trait through your life.

We are all gifted and talented and have areas of our lives where we have the blessings to succeed. If this is also an area you feel passionate about, you may exude qualities that are absent from other areas of your life. Therefore, while you may not be a natural born leader (into a royal family or within the context of pronounced leader) in the strictest sense, you can certainly overcome many obstacles and anticipate developing a desire and ability to lead when you are inspired to do so.

Anyone of us can be a worker, but a few people with special qualities for whatever reasons emerge as leaders. It is important you understand that Leadership may be assumed but the authority, the power behind it, has to be granted base on what kind of respect you portray. The other essential ingredient is a genuine liking for people and the ability to get along with them, even in the most stressful circumstances, so that respect becomes automatic. We have to want to take people with us; to see their point of view; to be ready with support; to listen, to advise, to encourage and to influence. Notice there is nothing said about directing, criticizing, assessing or decision-making. These are skills that are developed over time as we adapt to our surroundings and responsibilities. They should automatically follow if the crucial task of communicating is being fulfilled.

What's more important is what kind of person the potential leader is when he or she becomes an adult. The person who emerges from adolescence into young adulthood has the psychological and character traits they will demonstrate for the rest of their life. Some of those matter for Great Leadership. By the time, a person becomes an adult we can tell if they can help other people achieve results. That, after all, is what we expect leaders to do. We expect them to achieve success through a group. We expect them to help their subordinates grow and develop. By the time a person becomes an adult, we can tell if they want to achieve objectives or if they just want to cruise along taking it easy. We expect leaders to be responsible for achieving results. You can have a marvelous life without being result focus, but if you are going to lead successfully you have to have the drive and willingness to be measured by the results of your Great Leadership. By the time a person becomes an adult, we can tell if they are willing to make decisions or not. Many people wake up every day and just let the world happen around them. However, leaders must be able and willing to make decisions that affect themselves and others. By the time a person becomes an adult we can tell if they have the basic qualities that we expect leaders to have. We can determine if they are smart enough to achieve greatness in their chosen career. We can tell if they are willing to help others to achieve results as a group. In addition, we can tell if they will make decisions. Those things are essential, people who have them can learn the multiple skills it takes for them to become effective leaders. No matter how they measure up on the key essentials, no one emerges from the womb or from adolescence with all the skills in place to be an effective leader. Everybody has to learn the process. That's why leaders are always made not born.

Great Leadership can be learned by anyone with the basics. However, a lot of what it takes to be a Great Leader cannot be taught, it must be learned from peers and subordinates, and then leaders modify their behaviors so that they get better results. Leaders learn by trying things out and then critiquing their own performance. The only failure they recognize is the failure to learn from experience, because effective leaders take control of their own development. They seek out training opportunities that will make a difference in their performance. To be an effective leader they look for training programs that will help develop specific skills that can be used towards their chosen career. Then, they learn from watching other leaders and emulating their behavior. They choose role models and seek out mentors. They ask other leaders about how to handle situations. Most leaders improve by getting feedback and using it. The best leaders seek feedback from their superiors; they return to work, they devote specific, deliberate effort to mastering in real life what they learned in the classroom. Your responsible for Great Leadership development for your life not the source of your birth, you should structure your support for your leaders to recognize that most Great Leadership learning happens on self-development. Help people develop Great Leadership development plans. Help them select specific skills training and then work on transferring skills from the training to the process. Help them find role models, mentors and peers to discuss Leadership issues.

A great leader gets feedback from his or her superiors, peers and subordinates. Work to create the culture of candor that will make that feedback helpful and effective. Don’t stop there. Make sure that you evaluate your leaders on their Great Leadership work. Reward them and hold them accountable for accomplishing the mission through the group. In addition, hold them accountable for caring for their people and helping them grow and develop. Great Leadership learning is a lifetime activity. You are never done because there is always more to learn and always skills that need improving. A leader seeks out development opportunities that will help them learn new skills. These might be project assignments or career changes. What they have in common is that the leader develops knowledge and skills that can be used elsewhere.

Effective leaders also seek out opportunities that will increase their visibility. The fact is that great performance alone will not propel you to the top in your career. You also have to be visible to people who make decisions about promotions and assignments. There’s no magic formula for developing quality leaders. Selecting potential leaders with the essential traits, then supporting them with training, feedback, personal learning and development experiences and holding them accountable for results, will usually result in creating an effective leader.

A lack of confidence in those who lead manifests itself clearly in three main approaches: a desire to be liked (poor sense of belonging) which encourages familiarity and inconsistency; persistent self-doubt about personal abilities (low self-esteem) which encourages needless formality and makes the person isolated and unapproachable, and a feeling of insecurity (poor sense of achievement) which overrates personal competence and thrives on suspicion and dominance, while undermining the contributions of others.

From these aspects, it appears that great leaders are made because there is a lot to learn about interacting with others, a key part of our social training. However, true Great Leadership begins inside of us with self-love, the self-assurance in whom we are and the knowledge of what we want and where we are heading. Without those three personal attributes we would find it difficult to impact on others let alone influence, lead or inspire them. You will be a good leader if you lead yourself well

Great Leadership means having a responsibility that you choose to own for yourself. It's not a responsibility that someone else gave to you it's a responsibility you chose. Once you choose to be responsible, you in turn become a leader.

Great Leadership is about being able to create other leaders. If one person follows you then people are going to follow him, obviously if you are a leader yourself you are also following some one so all leaders come from the same place.

Great Leadership is the ability to create more leaders. The better your leadership the more leaders you create and the better the world is for it, trust me.

Great Leadership is also the ability to see things others can't. The visions of leaders always have and always will shape the world. Christopher Columbus had a vision of another world and even though many doubted him and criticized him, he was still a leader. He led all of us to a wonderful abyss of freedom we call America. The land of amazing opportunity found nowhere else in this lonely world or lonely universe.

The problem with today's society is that Great Leadership is actually a threat. When someone stands out and is different, they are outcast because they don't blend in. Leaders don't blend in, leaders stand out. Leaders have an opinion and they stick to it. Leaders don't compromise and leaders don't loose focus. I read a really good quote the other day that made me stop dead in my tracks and think for five minutes, it was incredible how these few short words could have such an impact on me.

The quote was "There goes the crowd, I must follow them for I am their Leader."

Leaders don't just lead from the front they lead from all angles. They push, they pull they tug from the sides. Leaders do whatever it takes to get results. They are the problem solvers of our mother Earth.

Leaders are people who other people seek out for answers. Sometimes, though, what people seek in a leader is not necessarily an answer but a conclusion to a situation. Sometimes they are just looking for someone to make an important decision and leaders have always been trusted to do important things such as make decisions.

A leader will always have an answer even if there is no answer. A leader's answers are not just something that appears to them out of thin air. All of his answers he found himself and knows to be true. His answers aren't just something he's heard that he's decided to call the truth.

Great Leadership is not necessarily about having power. There are people who have power that have no leadership skills what so ever. Bless their hearts though they do try. Being a leader means being happy with the life he has chosen because that's the life he has consciously chose for his own.

A leader is never quiet he always contributes; maybe it's not the best contribution but an offering, none the less. The more you try to contribute the better your contributions will get over time. A leader knows that his contributions are the only source of income because he will get rewarded for his efforts. A leader never contributes with the intention of receiving something back. A leader is humble and has an open mind. A leader can have a conversation with anyone and make it pleasant. The most important thing to remember is that leaders are not born. Leaders are made. Come join our amazing almost magical community devoted to developing Great Leadership where we will personally mold you in to the leader you deserve to be and the leader your family deserves to have. The world needs your help. All you need to have at this moment in time is the decision to go forward and change your life. I'll see you on the other side. Peace.

This article attempts to define Great Leadership. Why? Because 'what is Great Leadership?' is a question I am often asked. When you understand the definition of Great Leadership, you will understand why Great Leadership is everything. In this article, I will define Great Leadership in several ways and highlight how it plays out in practice. Let's begin with the simplest definition of Great Leadership. One great thing about Great Leadership is the ability to command acceptance by a group of people and thus, get them to do what the leader wants. The person providing this direction and commanding acceptance is called the leader. From this definition of Great Leadership, it is obvious that the leader is the person whom others accept to show them the way. However, you probably are aware that a leader can be imposed on a group of people against their will. For example, a military coup can bring a leader to power. This leader was not voted for or accepted by his people. However, he ascended the leadership seat by virtue of military might or military intrigues.

Obviously, this indicates that our definition of Great Leadership above is not all-inclusive. Something is missing. So, let's define Great Leadership again. Great Leadership is the ability to provide direction to a group of people and influence those people to follow the direction and act accordingly. This seems like a better definition. But it still does not take into cognizance the fact that a leader may not necessarily influence his people in the accepted sense of the word. The word 'influence' suggests that the leader motivates people to follow his direction. Influence can also be defined as the ability of an individual or group of individuals to get others to conform to their expectations or requirements. Either way, it implies willing acceptance to follow the instructions or directions of the leader for whatever reason the individuals decide to do so. But when the leader has to compel, force, or coerce people to do what he says, it is no longer influence. Nevertheless, the person who uses coercion, brute force or some other unethical means to get others to do as he says is still a leader.

CHAPTER TWO

STEPS TO CLAIM YOUR GREAT LEADERSHIP

Just like every other thing, Great Leadership is knowledge that can be acquired, practiced and enjoyed. There are certain steps you need to take before you can assume such a responsibility. There are principles you must obey and some crucial steps you must be willing to take. The person who knows 'how' will always find a task. The person who knows 'why' will always be the leader. To be a great leader you need to create room for new ideas rather than relying on existing ones because there are some situations that can only be solved by creativity.

Leaders are keen when it comes to learning Great Leadership skills to better improve their lives. You can’t just wake up one morning and start doing things that will improve your leadership skills. You have to accept first that you are a leader; secondly, understand what it means to be a leader. And finally practice it. Having excellent leadership abilities can lead to a better job, a promotion and even a new business if you want to be self-employed. There are things you can do to improve leadership skills and ways that you can be a more productive you! People who have strong leadership skills believe in their ideas, thoughts and concepts. Even if the idea they have sounds wacky...they still pitch it. For a leader, there is no room for self-doubt or insecure thoughts. The difference between a leader and a non-leader is that they may both have a great idea for the company they work for, but only one will express that idea, the other will have so many worries and insecure thoughts that they will either take too much time deciding on it or pass it off altogether.

Great Leadership also takes having confidence in yourself. People who are shy, timid, or tend to hold back because they get embarrassed, do not have exceptional confidence. Luckily, confidence can be acquired, either through the passing of time or by just plunging into it. This means that some people actually lose their shyness as they age, or as they become more comfortable in an environment or with certain people, while others dive into it head first.

Confidence can be learned and it must be if leadership skills are to be exercised. The way to better confidence is to really like your inner self and believe in yourself. Many people who have no confidence might have been put down as a kid or bullied or perhaps are still even as an adult through peers and even friends, family and spouses. However, feeling confident can sometimes mean having a quick pep talk with yourself before a meeting or event, the power of words can do wonders. Before a presentation or meeting or an event that is making you feel nervous, give yourself words of encouragement like; you can do this, you`re great, whatever works to get you feeling ready to go and wow people.

Great Leadership skills also mean taking initiative. At work or even in life, there are many times when you can take ownership for something and step up to the plate. For example if you’re standing around at work because there is nothing to do, instead of waiting for someone else to come up with an idea or your boss to tell you; think of what you would do if you were the boss and do it. Your boss and co-workers will be impressed with your initiative.

Don’t be afraid to express your ideas and concerns. Many people hold back on ideas they may have because they may not go with what the boss is saying or what everyone is thinking, however expressing your thoughts in a well addressed fashion will actually show that you do not need to mesh with other’s ideas because you have your own. Even if your idea is not picked, at least you are showing that you have a different opinion and the confidence to express it.

Excellent leadership skills not only mean that you have confidence, take initiative and speak your mind; it also means that you can get along with others. Great communication skills and the ability to work with many personality types are key to becoming a leader. Sure you can have ideas and believe in them, but if you’re not well liked then others may not agree with them or take you seriously. What do you think of when you think of Great Leadership? Do you consider yourself a leader in any aspect of your life? What does it mean to be a leader? What type of leader are you?

There are many different theories about what it takes to be an effective leader, from the charismatic extrovert who commands attention whenever he or she speaks, to the soft-spoken introvert who prefers to empower others from the sideline. Despite what you've been told, and despite how you may view your own leadership abilities (or lack thereof), you truly are a leader. Stake your claim to what is yours. It’s very empowering to acknowledge, celebrate, and truly own all of the aspects of our existence. And each of us is a leader on some level: at home, at work, in the community... through formal or informal roles. Whether a president or a stay-at-home parent, we all have the ability to inspire others and create action through our ideas, words, and examples.

Of course we can't all be leaders in all areas - but we can claim the leadership responsibilities that have already been bestowed upon us. Most parents never realize that the success a family member achieves should at least recognize one or both of the parent’s efforts. As a parent, you must understand that the future of you children lies in your hands so if they are a failure so are you.

Then you're a leader. If others often come to you for feedback or advice, you're a leader. You're a leader if you can think beyond the minutiae and the mundane, and if you're able to assess challenges as opportunities. We can claim our Great Leadership in any area in which we feel a sense of passion and investment: whenever we care deeply enough to develop our knowledge, self-evaluate and grow, and challenge ourselves and others to strive for something better. Try expanding your own concept of Great Leadership, and seize the opportunity to stake your claim. You may already be the top dog at work - but how can you bring a more positive influence to your children? On the other hand, you may possess no formal title at all - but where can you share your unique knowledge, experience, talent, and wisdom? Where can you influence a change in your world (no matter how small), and inspire those around you to do the same? You are a leader. Wear it proudly. Positive change is desperately needed on all levels, grand and small - from the political arena, to the boardroom, to the living room. Moreover, each of us can embrace the privilege, right, and responsibility to make it happen!

There are many discussions about what makes a good leader. Many focus on character issues like integrity, honesty, openness or charisma. Others talk about skill sets like communication, literacy, technical capabilities or understanding of finance. Some use words like visionary. Almost all of these discussions focus on the person, who they are and what they do. The other day I pulled one of my favorite books off the shelf and settled down to read it for the umpteenth time. As I started the first chapter, I began to think about why I was looking forward to reading the same words in the same order describing the same characters and actions. It dawned on me that none of that mattered; I was entering a world that I found worth living in. The core of the idea is this; a good writer (or film director, for that matter) creates a world that you want to live in; at least for a short while. The really good ones create an extended world and populate it with characters that you want to get to know. Sometimes that world is very comfortable and warming. At others, it is hostile and challenging. Characters may be supportive, nurturing or sympathetic. Alternatively, they can be hostile, threatening and diabolical. But the author has created this world and it draws you in.

I think that the same could be said of the very good leaders. They are authors of a world that their followers want to inhabit. In eastern philosophy, there is the idea that the world is generated by a dreaming god. When the god awakens, the world disappears. Falling back to sleep; the god dreams a new world that lasts just as long as the dream. It seems to me that leaders have something in common with that dreaming god, something that separates them from managers and other executive types. They have the ability to dream worlds that people want to live in. In thinking about this, I realized that the boundaries of the dream are frequently extended far beyond the boundaries of the company or followers. Dreams, the potent ones, are extended things. They spread beyond the dreamer to followers and then from followers to the broader society. The dreams of Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Mahatma Gandhi, Albert Einstein, Woodrow Wilson and the Buddha come to mind. But the key idea here is that leaders are the authors of a world that people want to inhabit. This is a very human tendency. How many of you have a favorite movie or a favorite book that creates a world and characters that you like to spend time with? How many of you would follow a real-life leader who created such a world? For better or worse, it is called ‘the human tendency’.

You have just heard the good news that you have secured your first Great Leadership role. You probably feel a combination of elation and possibly even a bit of apprehension. Some important things you have to emulate are as follows;

Research: As the new leader, you need to quickly get a handle on the followers or part of the followers you are going to be leading? It is vital that you get to understand a bit about the history, the strengths, the opportunities, your peers and your team to name just a few areas. Make the time to do this as it will be time well invested.

Create a plan: You will probably have lots of areas that you could potentially tackle but what you want to try and create a plan of action that gets you some early wins while laying foundations for longer term success. A scattergun approach is rarely the most beneficial way to go as the new leader.

Make “listening” the core component of your communication: When someone new arrives or is arriving it creates a degree of uncertainty in those that are going to be impacted. It is tempting to think that you can step into the job with the blueprint to sort out all of the things that are not working so well. In practice this rarely works. People, especially those who have been with followers for a significant period of time can offer great insights, if you are willing to take the time to listen.

Regularly remind yourself that the role is different: It is easy and sometimes highly tempting to forget that you are in a different, more senior role with new demands and expectations. Make a point of reminding yourself of this regularly to avoid the trap of falling into old ways of working and behaving.

Expect it to be a struggle: It takes time to adjust to any new role and this is even more important to remember when you are stepping into your first Great Leadership role. Chances are you will have gone from a situation where you are top of the tree at your current level to being at the bottom at the next level. If there is no challenge or struggle you are either not truly stepping into the new role or you are in a job that you are over qualified.

Bottom Line- Your first Great Leadership role will require you to make a major transition. So what steps are you taking to set yourself up for success?

CHAPTER THREE

GREAT LEADERSHIP IS MORE OF ATTITUDE THAN POSITION

The greatest treasure in leadership is not just the position but also the ability for the leader to portray the real attitude of great leadership. Our attitude changes with respect to place, people, quest and position. Our approach in life varies on who we meet, what we see, the circumstances surrounding us and the way we think. In a nutshell, an average collection of this reaction gives a complete detail of our competence to lead.

The secret of Great Leadership is not just the position you have acquired but the quality you portray with that position. A good leader needs the joy and privilege of inspiring people in very interesting ways. You have the power to generate inspiration and motivate everyone inside or outside your followers. In term of serving the growth and prosperity needs of their followers, as a true leader you will experience the thrilling warmth and unique excitement of accomplishment. Such feeling of satisfaction cannot be compared to anything else.

Weaving threads of healing, generosity and compassion into the social fabric of your Great Leadership roles will earn you the unfailing allegiance, loyalty and trust of your followers - even your superiors will recognize your value as an effective leader. To be an agency of healing or compassion, you must reach out to people with an air of respectful appreciation for their abilities, desires and victories. Everyone you meet needs your empathy - they want you to show them that you hope for a better future for them, you believe in the best prospects for them, and that you're willing to endure with them through their challenges. When people see that you understand and internalize their values and ideals, they will believe in your ability to lead them and to help them transform their dreams into successful reality.

Great Leaders train people to use well define principles for self-examination and improvement purposes. This is very important in the life of the followers because by educating them, you provide them with the means to sustain the exploring process over time. In other words, show them the way and they will develop the self-reliant ability to anticipate circumstances and create their own needs for their quest for knowledge and set a pace for others. Leaders who nurture and bring healing to their people also see all their relationships and surroundings as intertwined entities in a woven tapestry - where people and resources form essential patterns, and behave as partners engaged in continual, synergistic processes of give-and-take. Because most personal and followers values tend to instill an attitude of compassion towards others or encourage the sharing of their prosperity with less fortunate people, leaders should feel energized to use those proactive and nurturing-based principles to act strategically. While those acts of generosity may appear to be signs of weakness or wispiness, there is ample evidence to prove that these traits actually lead to strong support and applause from business, political and other community leaders. The choice is yours to make. You can lead by being inconsiderate and disrespectful of your environment, or you can take the "high road" and lead by being a shining example of goodness, mercy, beneficence, kindness and charity in your daily encounters with people.

We all know people, either at work or in our personal lives, who are really good listeners. No matter what kind of situation we are in, they always seem to know just what to say - and how to say it - so that we are not offended or upset. They are caring and considerate, and even if we do not find a solution to our problem, we usually leave feeling more hopeful and optimistic. We probably also know people who are masters at managing their emotions. They don't get angry in stressful situations. Instead, they have the ability to look at a problem and calmly find a solution. They are excellent decision makers, and they know when to trust their intuition. Regardless of their strengths, however, they are usually willing to look at themselves honestly. They take criticism well, and they know when to use it to improve their performance.

Quality Great Leadership is a necessary asset found in all successful followers. Look at any flourishing company, group, or committee and you will find a capable leader behind all of them. Many people ask the question, what makes a successful leader. Is it a natural born talent, or is it something you can learn? Why do some people inspire others to be better and make positive decisions, while others do the opposite? In this book, I hope to answer some of these difficult questions.

There are many different types of leaders in the business world; none of them were born a natural leader. Some have the opportunity to lead a business venture because they inherit it from their predecessor and has been fitted into this role their entire lives. Some never have such an opportunity but have achieved it with the strong leadership characteristics that they have developed through intense training and Leadership development programs. This allows them to create opportunities as when there are no opportunities, sometimes you have to create one. This is mainly done by being creative especially building a character that is beyond gears towards transforming idea into reality. Most successful leaders have a combination of the two. It does not do any good to be a leader if you are not educated on proper procedure or don’t have an in-depth understanding of how things need to be run. Every company has different training programs to develop their employees. Here is a broad version of what most companies do to further their training. Companies first need to help their employee find his/her individual Leadership qualities. Like we already stated, some people have stronger characteristics of this than others. Even with this separation of individuals, that concept does not preclude anyone from being a leader. Many people acquire Leadership skills with time and exposure. This means it is possible for anyone to become a high-ranking leader. The next step in developing a leader is to become familiar with the collective followers. All members of a team serve an important role. A follower will have a division of leaders and group. Both parties serve together to fulfill the objectives of the group. It is important for leaders to understand the inner workings of the firm and be able to communicate the status of the people working under him/her.

The last step in the training process is to learn how to promote comradeship between your groups. It is no secret that people are going to work harder when they enjoy what they are doing. You need to learn how to be a leader people like to follow. This means you need to be a good example to the others around you. It does no good to have all the Great Leadership qualities if no one is willing to follow.

To become a leader there are a few simple steps to be observed. First, the employee has to find his inner strength and believe in himself. Next, the individual has to learn the ins and outs of the company. Finally, the employee needs to gain the respect of his coworkers and gain followers. Through these steps, companies can improve their strategic thinking and overall performance.

We have all heard the old adage but how many of us practice it enough to give it validation. Or are we the person that has ulterior motives expecting something in return. Then you have the people that are the complainers, the ones who are never satisfied and are always complaining about the gurus are hoarding the gut of the real information for profit leaking it portions at a time but they really haven't got their hands dirty or put in the real time to manifest the results they expect. Then they finally decide to join a program that promises the sky is the limit and during the beginning stages if there is no money made they become frustrated and then it’s onto the next pipe dream. There is something that all people who are successful go through and it’s called a rite of passage.

Certain struggles or challenges have to be overcome coupled with learning curves, it is essential to give that particular person the strength and knowledge needed to have foresight and prosper. A lot of people are under the impression that if I give a person too much information they will know what I know and eventually want to take my position or make more money than me. In reality, knowledge is ongoing and always expanding. It is just a matter of keeping your creative juices flowing, having an open mind and a willingness to split test certain strategies to see what works and what does not.

When you are perceived as an expert in your field you will not have to worry about the petty because the people you prospect will continually look to you whenever there is a need. That is why it is important to know the in and out's of your particular niche. We have to learn to get rich by using our creative faculties rather than cutthroat tactics. Every man who becomes rich by competition throws down the ladder behind him by which he rises, and keeps other down; but every man who gets rich by creation opens a way for thousands to follow him and inspires them to do so.

Making money online is a billion dollar industry. There is room for those who are willing to obtain the knowledge, the know-how, and has the stamina to realize that the ups and downs are all a part of business on a daily basis. There is no magic stick that will poof! These things into existence for you. You have to develop skill sets to reach the level desired. So roll up your sleeves and getter' done!! The benefit of adding value to your personal development and creating a marketing system that can be duplicated by your down line will bring the spoils from your hard work. So keep the creative juices flowing and never worry about what the next person is doing.

Constantly stay focused on what you can do today to further your objective toward where you want to be. You can have whatever you desire. It will come with hard work towards a definite purpose but will you be prepared to receive it when the opportunity presents itself.
