Yes, that’s quite a statement. And it’s true!
After reading this book and doing the exercises inside, you will find yourself rapidly creating the life you may have only dreamed about. When you have the energy and the desire, you get what you want. This book will give you that energy and the desire is a natural byproduct.
This is not a long book as it need not be. In fact it’s unapologetically short and to the point, containing the bare essentials of what you need to know and to do in order to increase your vitality. A lot of material was removed during the editing as it was deemed unnecessary to the practice, and would merely confuse the novice reader.
You will not find these techniques anywhere else, so keep this book safe. The practices found in this book are extremely obscure and powerful and therefore extremely valuable.
Everyone has a degree of vitality. You experience it for example as the energy levels you have to accomplish your day to day activities, your sex drive and your optimism. If you don’t have enough of this energy, you will feel depressed and weighed down by the world. However, on a day where you have a lot of it, you will that you can take on the world and achieve anything you want!
The vitality we’re talking about here is very physical in nature, the kind of energy you are using if you are powering a workout at the gym or if you are having fantastic ravenous sex, but it is also the foundation of everything else you do with yourself. That’s why if you don’t have it, you not only will not feel like working out or having sex but you will also loose interest in a lot of other things like getting what you want out of life.
A lack of vitality is responsible for a lack of sex drive, lack of sex appeal, poor physical health, depression, bad social impressions (people won’t want to be around you) and countless other conditions. On the other hand, having an abundance of vitality will give you an enormous sex drive (which we will discuss how to control if it gets too much), a very strong sexual appeal, excellent physical health, an optimistic attitude, enormous social charisma and an assertive nature to name just a few!
I’m sure you want more of this vital energy, right? Sure, everyone does! Most of the time they just don’t know exactly what it is they’re looking for though, so people will often turn to stimulant drugs to get a temporary high which leads to some pretty bad lows and never reaches the peak or effect which true vitality will give you.
Instinctual Vitality
To illustrate this, imagine someone walking into the room you are in now. Imagine they’re a bit hunched over, dull looking with a dull grey complexion with a dark cloud surrounding them. It’s as if they’re caved in from the inside, with the outside pressure of the environment crushing them. This person is deflated and has no vitality.
Now stop imagining that person and instead now imagine someone walking in the room with a big beaming smile on their face, head held high, chest out and glowing with sunny energy as if there’s a massive pressure inside them which is much more powerful than the outside environment.
Of course the first person lacks this vitality and the second person has much more of it. It’s not hard to instinctively realize this, and even though you may not see the aura of such a person physically, you sense this about people when you are with them; just as others do with you. Many celebrities have an abundance of this vitality which makes them instinctually appealing to the masses.
What is Vitality?
So what is this vital energy? Ultimately it’s an energy which you absorb from your environment naturally. This includes but is not limited to the food you eat and the air you breathe. Some people naturally absorb it better than others or some people may have strict vital diets and those are the main reason some people are generally more vital than others. However, the techniques we will cover later have nothing to do with diet or genetics; and the results you will get with these methods will far outweigh those factors.
The vitality is your life force and its expression is primarily through the sex drive. Throughout history it has been mainly the people with very high sex drives who have accomplished the most in our world. You see this time and time again. This is because they’ve simply had an abundance of this foundational energy in which they have harnessed to achieve their visions.
You must first have this energy, which in its basic state is very sexual, and then if you choose to you can then divert it to practical aims such as building a successful business, competing in athletics, writing scores of books or whatever you desire. Either way, it’s a given that you will have excellent physical health and a strong sexual drive as your foundation when you have an abundance of vital energy.
Men loose a lot of this energy when they ejaculate and women who suffer from low sex drive suffer from a lack of this energy. Some “experts” out there say that you should abstain or at least cut down ejaculation or orgasm to keep this vitality. Although this works to a degree, it is not necessary if you know how to accumulate vitality in large quantities. In fact after practicing the exercises in this book, you should find yourself feeling the need to have more orgasms due to the intense internal pressure you will be building inside yourself. Or on the other hand you can direct the excess energy to profitable ways which I will be showing you how to do at the end of this book.
