Introduction
Hi, we are The Abbotts, counsellors, writers and paranormal specialists. Everyone wants to find their special Twin Flame partner and make their lives more happy, balanced and emotionally enriched, however not everyone knows exactly what a Twin Flame is and how to find that special person.
Our clients often find that their romantic encounters end in tears and pain and now want to meet that unique person who will be faithful, caring and compatible for life. We hope that this book will give them the answers that they seek.
Many people visit our huge New Age website http://www.spiritwatch.com and email us about their personal problems and life lessons and this ebook is the result of these questions and our own clients’ problems.
Names and situations have been changed. You will find that most exercises and explanations in this book are written in an easy-to-understand manner. We will add channelled messages from spiritual beings such as the Ascended Masters and Archangels to add their own particular wisdom to our thoughts. They are often wise, loving, understanding and humorous beings! We have channelled them for over twenty years and they have always enriched our lives with their higher wisdom! We hope that you will read this ebook with an open mind and heart.
We have written this book in two parts in each chapter. The first part being a mythological story of Twin Flames and the second, an easy-to-understand explanation of the concept discussed. We hope that you will enjoy both parts.

Chapter One - The Beginning
Long ago, in the very mists of endless time, myriad drops of conscious Light left the Source, the Great Creator force, the Golden Sun, beyond the constellation of Lyra, the Harp. As a golden shower of light, they slowly travelled through the huge and empty regions of eternal space, searching for new, undiscovered worlds that they could play upon and build their cities of ethereal light.
Dark, cold worlds that would be gently illuminated by their golden, Omni radiance. For millenniums, they searched for suitable planets, to make their own. A mighty armada of golden beings, streaming forth in all directions. Until finally, billions of cosmic beings settled upon hundreds of planets within the limits of the Milky Way Galaxy, amongst them several small planets within the Pleiadian Constellations.
Upon these distant planets, they created marvellously intricate, physical forms for themselves and over countless eons of time, raised mighty civilizations.
At first all beings were androgynous in form and body, being both male and female. Angelic forms of wonder, passion and light. They created all the fauna and flora of the planets, the animals and plants, as small as fungi and as large as whales and the Immortals watched the animals play and live and mate and thought, “We can be as they!”
And so the whole being of each Immortal was divided in two - one becoming male and one becoming female! How they revelled in their separateness! The female was as beautiful as the moon, pale, silvery and eyes like the ocean waves. She was kind, loving and mischievous, playing at being a mermaid or woodland nymph and capturing the heart of her male partner.
He was strong and as radiant as the morning sun. He hunted and sported with vigour and passion. He was brave and protective of his female lover and his golden eyes glowed with love as he watched her at play.
There came a time, when those loving and advanced beings, turned their sympathetic eyes to Earth, Mother Gaia. They had long achieved universal peace and brotherhood and they wished to share this loving gift, with others. Scout ships of pulsing, white light set out for distant Earth. They seeded Earth with their Immortal off-spring, children of the land and the sky.
As the millennia went by, they observed with compassionate hearts, the countless problems of the new race of humans - their lonely pain, their bloody wars, their heartless famines, and their lack of Oneness. Many of these advanced Immortal beings saw the fair daughters of man and fell in love. Beautiful, semi-celestial children were born. But, still it was not enough.
“We must give up our celestial home planets and incarnate to Gaia. To help the humans raise their Light - we must become human!” The Immortals cried out with one, unanimous voice. And so, in waves of many hundreds of thousands, these brave volunteers, full of great optimism, incarnated to Lemuria and Atlantis.
They lived many millenniums as humans, eventually almost forgetting, and their unique extraterrestrial beginnings. For countless centuries, the various off-planet races brought their information, customs and traits to Gaia. Some Andromedans cloaked in authority and respect, brought the gifts of justice and wise rule. Others, the Sirians lively and orderly, brought mystery and activity. The Orion loving off-planet races were joyously kind, and brought forth the gifts of happy, family life, abundance and spontaneity. And some special beings the Arcturans who existed as angels in the open spaces, brought spiritual sensitivity and unconditional love.
As the centuries of growth and new exploration came and went, so the history of the Immortals passed into myth and legend. Men and women were born and lived and died, forgetting their true identities, their true greatness. They forgot that they were angelic beings of great power and wisdom and they forgot that each had a half of themselves yet unfound - their Twin Flame partner!
Those Higher parts of themselves, the Twin Souls that remained on the celestial levels, saw that men and women of Earth were not fulfilled or satisfied merely living with a male or female. They needed to find their own, unique Twin Flame! But how? For once the veil of amnesia came down at each birth on Earth, the Higher beliefs were soon forgotten.
Then it was the time for the gentle, artistic Pleiadians to bring their gifts to the people of Gaia. To steer Earth in a new direction of Love and Light. To bring to all Terrans the knowledge that their Twin Flame existed on Earth and ways to find them!
In the latter quarter of the twentieth century, millions of Pleiadian volunteers flocked to Earth, incarnating as human children, being raised in all their cosmic power to become - “the Starseeds.”
These sensitive and gentle beings, found the harsh vibration of Earth, difficult to comprehend and bear. Yet, through their childhood and adolescence, they recognized that they were different! They thought differently to others. Their interests were contrary to those of their parents and friends. They created wonderfully, imaginative worlds within their minds, where life was so much more noble, inspiring and exciting. Still, they often felt very alone, confused and different.
They “saw through” the absurdities of third dimensional life, in the 20th century. They didn’t need “material things”, to make their lives special. A new car, a large house, the best job, power, fame, money - all these tools for life, seemed unimportant and childish. Restrictions by society, governments and laws, seemed overwhelming; wars - senseless, and disputes and arguments - immature. They knew deep within themselves, that they were here for something special, something unique - they had incarnated for a higher purpose! To find their Twin Flame partner and begin their Divine Missions together to help humanity grow spiritually and to save the planet from destruction!
Many Starseeds began to search for a higher meaning to life, exploring new and ancient philosophies, meeting with wise men and women and slowly awakening their dormant, psychic abilities. Often, they would have amazing insights into others lives; predict the future through dreams and hunches; see ghostly spirits and feel the kundilini energy raise up in their bodies. They began to suspect that they were not as limited, as they had formerly believed.
As they began to free themselves from the shackles of self-doubt, they added energy to the planetary consciousness and gradually all over the planet, people everywhere, began to become more tolerant and open minded towards the psychic and spiritual aspects of their lives. New Age arts, skills and abilities began to flourish - they were no longer the talents of a just a selected few.
The Starseeds readily picked up these new abilities. They could see auras and feel chakras; spiritually heal and communicate with angels. Some regularly astral travelled to distant planets and explored the depth of Gaia’s dark, green oceans and hidden valleys. They wanted to explore their psyches, their thoughts, their inner worlds. They desired to communicate worldwide with all the other Starseeds - they created the electronic Oneness of the Internet.
Influenced by their off planet distant memories, they wrote gentle music and created flowing, colourful artworks, to share with others. They turned their backs on war and left these harsher lessons to their more primitive brothers and sisters. They left the world of commerce to their more active and earthy fellow beings. Starseeds learnt to flow through life with little effort and meagre attachment to earthly goods and riches.
At night, in their lively sleep state, they travelled in loving bands of fellow beings, to help stabilize the Earth and bring peace to places of unrest. In their dreams they remembered their purpose for incarnating. On awakening, they had only hazy memories of their Divine Mission.
For the Starseeds have come to Earth at this time, to bring great changes to the planet’s consciousness. Their special, peace loving, psychic and artistic talents, en-mass, will help to gently erase the harsh negativity of earlier generations. By simply being here and spreading their Starseed energy around them, they influence the thoughts and actions of more earthy beings, to those of being more loving and harmonious with nature. As they flow with life and show respect for all humanity, so others follow unconsciously, their behaviour and attitudes.
As Starseeds give less value to fame and fortune and instead, look to achieving spiritual growth, so their more earthy parents and friends, follow their enlightened example.
In time, the Starseeds will become more consciously aware of their immense mental and spiritual powers. They will become united as a spiritual force for good. Merging their psychic energies as one huge ball of golden/white light, they will be able to manifest fields of crops, that will feed the hungry; devise energy sources that are non polluting; control the weather and eliminate natural disasters; heal all illnesses; travel intergalactically; contact spiritual and higher alien beings and raise the entire human population of Earth, to a higher dimension of enlightenment.
This is the Starseeds reason for incarnating - to help humankind progress to a higher level of being. It is time now, for the Starseeds to take up the challenge! To remember why they have come to Earth at this time! To develop their spiritual gifts and use them for their own and other’s enlightenment. The future awaits them with open abundance, but first they must find their Twin Flame partner, the other half of themselves and re-unite their greatness in Love and Light!
In over twenty years of being psychics, advanced spiritual beings have told us, in many channelled messages that these myths and legends hold great truths of wisdom. We are much more powerful and angelic than we think. We all come to Earth for a Divine or greater purpose than just existing and we are meant to find our Twin Flame partner and begin our lives together. Without our Twin Flame partner, we are ‘mere shadows of what we can become’ as Master Kuthumi told us once.
The Twin Flame partner is the other half of us that makes us complete. Your Twin Flame is a very special person who has voluntarily incarnated to Earth at this time to be your true partner. They will love you, guide you, support your dreams and aspirations, help you to develop your skills and abilities and love you unconditionally. You will do the same for them.
A Twin Flame partnership is based on respect, equality and trust. There is always a deep spiritual connection and a strong urge to unite your talents and work for the betterment of society, the planet and increase your own spiritual natures. You have only one Twin Flame. If you were to give them a percentage they would be 90% compatible.
Why not 100% compatible, you may be asking? Well that is reserved for your Twin Soul partner in Heaven who oversees your progress on Earth. This is the Immortal part of you, while you are currently a Mortal.
If you were both to incarnate together and find each other your power would be so immense that you would be distracted from your lessons here on Earth. So be content with 90% compatibility, which is still amazingly high!
Ascended Master Mother Mary has told us “As you mature in your degrees of love, from being totally conditional, thinking such as, “This is my person who I must marry and be with and who is totally mine!” you now come to a greater understanding of love.
That you can give, as well as take. That you do not need to be possessive in love. With your Twin Flame, you can rise to the very highest of your spiritual consciousness and because Twin Flames are of the other sex, normally, except in those that are homosexual, you will find that the Twin Flame, also can be to you, the lover, wife, sister, brother, whatever you wish to be, within a relationship.
But again, the Twin Flame brings in the highest connotation of that relationship, not necessarily the basest.”
We have been told countless times by spiritual beings that in this lifetime, we all have been given the power to find our special Twin Flame partners. So let us begin the quest!
Chapter Two - Divisions of Lovers
How easy it would be on this Earth, if we were only attracted by our one Twin Flame as a lover and no one else. Our path to true love would be smooth and easy. However life has never been as simple as that, as we can see from this tale of confused love!
“Kyra was the most beautiful girl in Tirona, an out-lying province of Atlantis. Her hair was dark and silken, her eyes green and sparkling and her lips pink as the wildflowers that grew on the hills.
All the local young men yearned for her hand in marriage, but none of these dear, country men that she had grown up with; swam with in the green ocean and harvested the ripening grain each summer together, intrigued her at all. She counted them as friends and jolly companions, but not as potential suitors!
Even her best friend Mattius, an open-faced, golden-haired young man of twenty years, was deeply enchanted by her kind nature, beautiful face and figure. But he had hidden his love under a veil of friendship and so played the companionable fool to his beloved. A poor man like him, could never expect a beautiful girl like Kyra to love him!
There had been raids from pirates who plundered their village and the region and so, the elders held a gathering and decided to send an emissary to King Midel to ask for his soldiers to maintain a garrison in their region. King Midel was known for his courage, good nature and concern for the common man.
‘Let us not send an elderly emissary,’ suggested one wise man, ‘but a beautiful maiden who will appeal to his chivalry!’ The others happily agreed to this ingenious plan. They approached Kyra who was willing to make the long journey to the capital city, to appeal to the King. Mattius agreed to accompany her on the journey.
They set out one fair morning, on two fine horses with packs of provisions and a large iron sword for Mattius to protect them on their way. They enjoyed the slow journey together, seeing the sights and encountering travellers, on their way to distant places. Many talked of the King and his bravery and handsome looks. Kyra was enthusiastic for all news of the King and she listened avidly to every tale of bravery with an excited look. She was already, half in love with the noble King Midel.
When they reached Poseidia, she changed into her best gown of blue velvet and brushed her dark, silken hair until it gleamed. Mattius sighed inwardly, at the feminine guiles that she was employing. Surely every man in the court would fall in love with her beauty!
Kyra appeared before King Midel and his court and he was struck by her beauty and poise, just as Mattius had feared. The king immediately promised her assistance with the requested garrison to combat the pirates. Kyra’s face became radiant and every man was dazed by her brilliant smile. She glanced flirtatiously at the King who she thought, was handsome, mature and manly. He was all a king and warrior should be!
She and Mattius were given rooms at the palace. Kyra’s were lavish and decorated in silks and velvet of a pale pink hue while Mattius shared a plain room with several other groomsmen and servants.
The King wined and dined Kyra with entertainments from the East, jugglers and acrobats and sweet delicacies from the North. He gave her gifts of gold trinkets and a ruby ring with a stone as big as a pigeon’s egg. She drifted in a daze of love and sensual pleasure.
While he was in session in his royal court, his best friend, Jolie showed her around the city. She saw the docks where spice-laden ships stood to be unloaded and the palace gardens full of imported orange fruit trees and exotic plants.
Jolie, a rich nobleman, was also struck by Kyra’s natural beauty and finding that they had much in common, he told her that he would be happy to have her as his wife. But Kyra serenely declined his offer of marriage for her heart was engaged only by the king.
At last under a warm starry night, King Midel asked her to become his wife, his queen! Kyra was happy beyond belief. Here was the perfect partner for her. Her own Twin Flame!
‘I will make you my queen above queens!’ said Midel with admiration. ‘You will become first wife amongst my wives and in charge of all my concubines!’ he went to embrace her. But Kyra stood back.
‘You have other wives?’ she asked devastated.
‘Oh, yes, a hundred or so. They mean nothing to me, now that I have met you, Kyra!’ he laughed.
‘And you have many concubines? Will you give them all up for me?’ She asked him in a hopeful voice.
‘Now my dear, you must be reasonable! A king needs to show his power by having many wives and concubines. I will make you the first amongst them all while our passion runs hot. A man has his needs you know!’ The King was surprised by her naivety.
‘I can only love a man who has only me, as his Twin Flame and no other!’ said Kyra with resolve. Then she glanced at his handsome but smug face. ‘Then I must decline your marriage proposal, dear King. You are not the husband for me!’
The King was angry and astonished. ‘Be gone from my city forever!’ he said with a temper and flounced off.
Kyra found Mattius and told him what had happened. ‘Of course, you cannot marry him, if he is not your true Twin Flame!’ he said with understanding. ‘Let us leave for home, this very hour!’
And so a very disillusioned young woman and a kind young man travelled on horseback slowly back to their little village.
